Jim Twedt

Coming from a military family Jim was fortunate enough to see much of the world while living in numerous countries during his childhood. His family returned to the states in 1970, settling in the suburbs of Washington D.C where Jim lived until attending Arizona State University in Tempe. After being drawn to the beauty and red rocks Jim relocated and made Sedona his home in 2000. He enjoys the beautiful scenery in the Verde Valley where you’ll often find him hiking and taking Fine Art Photography in his free time. Jim’s other interests include his pet, a Blue Fronted Amazon Parrott in addition to watching his favorite football and baseball teams play, socializing with friends and traveling.

Jim’s first job in the insurance business started shortly after relocating to Sedona. He spent two years with State Farm working in various capacities before coming over to Draxler Insurance in 2003. Throughout his tenure with Draxler Insurance Jim has worked primarily in commercial lines managing some of the agencies largest accounts. The most enjoyable part of Jim’s work is cultivating long-term relationships with wonderful clients followed closely by the interactions among his great co-workers.
